Ong Cheng Huat Seafood, Bagan Lalang
Thanks to Man Kit and his wife again as they introduce this super nice seafood restaurant to us. The restaurant is only open from 11am till 5.30pm except on Monday which they are closed. The food was delicious and D&A enjoy the fullest as we also tapao the food. You will see full of cars and packed with customers if you go on weekend for lunch. We waited a while for seats. They also not providing Chinese tea. We tried the fried bee hun, spring chicken, prawn crackers (but they call it pohpia), boiled octopus, steamed fish, and steam clams.
Trip back to Sg Petani - Char Kueh Teow & "Ang Dao Kah" (blended red bean)
I will never miss the Char Kueh Teow every time we travel back to Sungai Petani. Earlier, I posted regarding the char kueh teow and now more pictures of it. This char kueh teow also uses charcoal to cook.
Annie also won't miss her "Ang Dao Kah"(blended red bean). According to my mother in law, the original shop that first started the "Ang Dao Kah" business is actually the shop in the middle. I did took the photo of the shop name. The last time I introduce it to my parents and friends from Klang, the feedback was very good.

Trip back to Sg Petani - Zi Wei Yuan Steamboat, Raja Uda, Butterworth
It was quite some time since I last saw my buddy (ah kit) and his wife. They brought Annie, my mother in law and me to this place which offer traditional charcoal steamboat with fish paste soup based. We went for dinner and the place was packed and we waited for seats. It was worth the waiting as the steamboat tasted so delicious. The black color thing in the picture is actually a fan to fire up the charcoal. Fully recommended!!!
Trip back to Sg Petani - First Stop, Ipoh
Annie and I always love to drop by Ipoh for food if we are traveling back to Sungai Petani. She always love to have her "tau fu fah" in Ipoh. I have to admit that they offered the most delicious tau fu fah I ever tasted. Shop name Funny Mountain, they even provide drive through service. Recommended!!!

Ah Lye Curry Fish Head
Located at SS19, Subang Jaya. This restaurant is famous with its own name the curry fish head. I've dine at this restaurant numerous times and I can say that their curry fish head is very consistent. Today I went with my wife and mother in law and the restaurant was full. Lucky to only waited for around 5 mins to get seats as some are leaving. They are also famous with their Asam Prawns and Lam Yu Zha Yuk (Deep fried pork with red bean-curb). As for today, we only ordered curry fish head (RM36 - medium size), Fu Yong Egg (RM6) and Choi Sam (RM8). Price for rice is RM1 per plate while a pot of Chinese tea around RM5. If you plan to go on weekend,my advice is go before 7.30pm because around 7.30pm onwards the restaurant will be very pack.

Organic Recipe at Petaling Jaya
A nice and comfortable place to dine in. They are open daily from 10am till 9pm. The organic food they offer are the best so far I've ever tasted (personal opinion). Both of us been here many times but every time also forget to take down the foods picture. Their mixed fresh fruits tea is one of the common favorite here. Both of us will never miss the popiah salad roll each time we are here. The bitter gourd soup noodle is so naturally tasty. They also offer other foods such as ala carte dishes. Their special sauce fried rice also one of the best I ever tasted. You may opt for brown rice also for the fried rice. Their address as below:

Duck drumstick herbal soup noodle
This restaurant originally from Bidor.. Now with a branch at Kota Kemuning. The shop name Pun Chun. They served very nice duck drumstick herbal soup. That's their signature dish. You may find other selection such as char siew noodle/rice and also other varieties of foods. The barley water they served also very nice (well, depends on own taste.. Haha). The sambal that they served together with the fried wantan or "sui gao" is very nice also (if you are spicy and sour taste lover) you will love the sambal..

Trip to Bukit Tinggi, French village - Christmas dinner
After the morning visiting, at night when we go for dinner, we waited for almost 30 minutes for the queue. But it was worth for the wait as the food served was delicious at this Italian restaurant. We enjoy the food but I was too greedy as I wanted to try many of the foods so I ordered many. End up we have second round in our room as we packed the balance and had our supper while watching movie. The chicken wings that they served is very nice but I forgot to take down the picture.
Trip to Bukit Tinggi, French village
It was my first time there and I was very happy to enjoy all the lovely moment with my wife. We went to visit few places there and one of it was the Japanese village located up the hill. There is one Japanese restaurant located up the hill and the items available there are limited but with quite expensive price also. But I did enjoy the unagi bento which recommended by my wife. But main thing about this trip was not about the food, it was the enjoying moment spent together with my lovely wife. I love you, my dear.
